Our steaks are USDA Choice, hand cut by our chefs,* grilled to your liking and brushed with our Beam-butter. You can also add our house specialty fresh sautéed mushrooms to your dinner.

12oz Ribeye*
BLACK ANGUS, Hand cut from the prime roll, a perfect match of tenderness and flavor with excellent marbling.

Black Jack Sirloin*
A 10 oz. Grilled BLACK ANGUS sirloin with Cajun seasonings topped with sautéed peppers, onions, and whiskey.

16oz. Ribeye*
For the heartier appetite, 16oz of BLACK ANGUS, grilled to perfection.

Filet Mignon*
BLACK ANGUS, The most tender steak available. Bacon wrapped for an extra special flavor. Choose from 6oz or 8oz.
