Crispy hash browns wrapped around a Canadian walleye filet and

pan fried served with a creamy dill sauce.

 

Jumbo Shrimp

Colossal shrimp broiled, or beer battered. Served with lemon and

cocktail sauce.
 

Canadian Walleye

A 14oz filet, broiled on a cedar plank or beer battered. Served with lemon and tarter sauce.
 

Atlantic Salmon

A fresh, six-ounce north Atlantic salmon filet grilled and served with a lemon-dill sauce.
 

Jumbo Sea Scallops

A half-pound of jumbo scallops prepared beer battered or broiled

served with tartar sauce.
 

Lobster Dinner

Two cold water 9oz lobster tails, slowly broiled and served with lemon and drawn butter or One 9 oz tail dinner.
 

Perch

Lake Perch lightly beer battered and served with tartar sauce and lemon.
